Heated & Unheated · 45 minutes

This high-intensity workout combines yoga flows, strength training, cardio bursts, and resistance band work — all set to an upbeat playlist in a dim, heated room. Think: sweat therapy meets strength training.
It’s a vibe.

Great for: Full-body toning, increased endurance, confidence boost.

EXPLICIT SCULPT

Heated · 45 minutes

Everything you love about Sculpt — but with an uncensored playlist. Raw, real, and fierce. This is your space to move unapologetically and let loose.

CARDIO & CORE

Heated & Unheated · 45 minutes

All the sweaty fun of HIIT — but with a focused emphasis on core strength. Expect powerful ab sequences, stability work, and cardio moves designed to fire up your midsection.

YOGA NIDRA

Unheated · 60 minutes

Also called "yogic sleep," this deeply restorative class guides you through a meditation experience that brings you into a state between sleep and wakefulness. You’ll leave feeling renewed and calm.

Great for: Stress relief, nervous system regulation, mental clarity.

POWER UP

Unheated · 45 minutes · Ages 12–16

A strength-focused class built just for teens. Power Up blends interval training, functional movement, and fun fitness challenges to help young athletes build confidence, coordination, and full-body strength — both mentally and physically.

Great for: Youth athletes, strength building, coordination, mindset.

STRENGTH

Heated · 45 minutes

Get ready to lift heavy, feel strong, and break past limits. This heated class focuses on progressive strength training using dumbbells, resistance bands, and compound movement patterns.

Great for: Muscle building, sculpting, and serious strength gains.

VINYASA FLOW

Heated · 60 minutes

This flowing, breath-led practice helps release tension, improve flexibility, and center your mind. With longer holds and intentional movement, this class blends relaxation with power.

HIIT

(High Intensity Interval Training)

MAT BLEND

Heated · 45 minutes

This low-impact, high-intention class fuses mat Pilates, yoga, and core strength training into one seamless flow. Using props for added resistance, Mat Blend delivers a full-body burn without the jumping — just mindful, powerful movement that tones and strengthens from the inside out.

Great for: Core strength, joint-friendly training, mindful movement.
